Dr. Swathi Naraparaju, Founder & Chief Mentor, Chem Superstars Hub

Dr. N. Swathi, M. Pharm., Ph.D., is a passionate educator, researcher, and digital chemistry coach with over 20 years of experience in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students. As a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad, she has guided 26 M. Pharm dissertations and published more than 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals.

Her research expertise includes spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric analysis, computational drug design, and the synthesis and biological evaluation of glitazones. She has authored three academic books and served as a reviewer for Springer- and Scopus-indexed journals.

Driven by a mission to simplify Organic Chemistry for pharmacy students, Dr. Swathi founded this learning community to help students overcome fear of the subject and build a strong conceptual foundation. Through engaging video lessons, real exam-based Q&As, and interactive mentorship, she empowers learners with clarity, confidence, and curiosity.

Her vision is to create a community where learning chemistry becomes joyful, purposeful, and deeply connected to professional growth — bridging the gap between academic understanding and real-world success.
